Deborah Walter Jewelry Design has been part of Deborah's life since the age of 18 when she started crafting earrings as gifts for friends. Although she was encouraged to pursue marketing her jewelry, for Deborah being a Mom took precedence.

About 20 years ago Deborah found herself in an antique bead shop in Venice Italy where she was re-inspired to create her beautiful designs. Upon returning home, Deborah started to actively pursue her facination with Beads, Jewelry Design and Construction by enrolling at Monterey Penninsula College. Deborah began selling her jewelry at the College Jewelry Sale and has never looked back.

Deborah creates designs that reflect the beautiful Big Sur landscape where she made her home for 15 years. With awe-inspiring sunsets and fabulous ocean views to draw artistic influence, Deborahs works are earthy and dramatic. Working as a landscape contractor and designer has provided Deborah with an unique perspective that gives her work a natural elegance.

Metal has been an important medium for many of Deborahs amazing pieces. Handpainted pieces are truly one of a kind and are an expression of Deborahs love of nature.
