Diana Paul and her Santa Ynez Valley Pearl Company have been inspired by the beautiful rural setting and peacefulness found in the wine country of the Santa Ynez Valley.  Diana creates an enduring "harvest" of designs enhanced by the brilliant color palette of nature and  the beauty found through the changing seasons of the vineyards.
A self taught Artist, Diana Paul began a journey that started with the art of restringing natural and vintage pearls for boutiques in Santa Barbara California.  Experienced in creating Collage Cards, Needle Arts, Painting and Glasswork, Diana felt most drawn to the beauty of designing with beads which offered a versatile and unending color palette.
In 1998, Diana started to create beautiful beaded pieces using Semi-Percious Stones and accents.  An art form reflecting nature, in balance but without complete symetry, pieces are crafted with hand-made Rosary Chain, Semi Precious Stones, Fine Pearls and Fine Silver enhancements. Unique bodies of work have included Vineyard themes with Fine Silver and Pearls, Vintage western themes and designs created with very fine Chain, Pearl and small Precious Stones accented with a larger Pearl or Jewel.
